亞馬遜客戶退貨,MPN(manufacturer product number廠商產(chǎn)品編號)前后不一致,怎么破?

客戶買了兩個泳池飄浮玩具,收到貨還沒兩天就說玩具壞了,然后就退給我們了。
拿到玩具我們檢查了一下,發(fā)現(xiàn)有明顯使用過的痕跡,而且顏色褪得很嚴重,像是用了好久的樣子。關(guān)鍵是玩具的manufacturer product number(廠商的產(chǎn)品編號)跟我們的不匹配,也就是說,他退的這個玩具根本不是我們的。
這就過分了,他還要求更換,或是全額退款,我真的是黑人問號臉,這都什么鬼啊?
我們拍了照片,把快遞箱留著,想著他申請AZ的話,說不定能派上用場。
我真的是很不想把錢退給他,現(xiàn)在要怎么辦才好?

寫郵件跟他說,他“不小心”把錯的商品退給你了,不過這可以理解,因為玩具看起來很像。如果他能提供prepaid return label,你會很愿意退還它們。別忘了說舊玩具的manufacturer product number跟你發(fā)出去的不一樣
未雨綢繆一下,先把交易號發(fā)給亞馬遜,跟他們報備這件事

謝謝回復(fù)!我剛剛又去確認了一遍,他退的玩具真的不是我的,先不說顏色(可能是因為褪得太嚴重了,所以看起來跟之前的明顯不一樣),產(chǎn)品的批號(batch number)也不匹配,關(guān)鍵是它壞得很嚴重,都不能再拿來用了。無語,怎么可以這樣??
對了,我們是這么回的:
“Hi XXXXX,
These do not appear to be the floats that were sent by our warehouse. They have been quite used. There are significant stains on them, and they really were torn beyond recognition. The number that was on the float also did not match the batch that was sent to us - the stock we have on hand has a much different set of numbers. Is it possible these were purchased from another vendor?
We're happy to help, but Amazon's rules for returns require us to only accept for
return the items that were shipped by us. We can't identify these as ours. Your help would be greatly appreciated.”
樓主你先保留證據(jù),然后把東西重新包裝一下,再退回去吧。
我想除了一些厚顏無恥的騙子會繼續(xù)找茬、申請claim什么的,其他大部分的買家本來以為自己的做法神不知鬼不覺的,但是看到你把東西退給他們,應(yīng)該會察覺到事情暴露了,然后就放棄了。況且你手上還有證據(jù)(MPN),所以他們肯定是理虧的
