我的亞馬遜賬號(hào)被黑,庫(kù)存被改,對(duì)方把名字加到用戶權(quán)限中,怎么辦?

有人破解了我的賬號(hào)密碼,把設(shè)置改了,還把他的名字加到用戶權(quán)限中,把庫(kù)存全都換成他的(電子產(chǎn)品)!賬號(hào)亂七八糟的,我就改了密碼,把他從用戶權(quán)限中刪除,可是沒(méi)用,跟亞馬遜反映,他們一直回:正在處理中。。。
我都快急死了,要怎么辦?。?

不只是你的賬號(hào)密碼,還有其他密碼也要改;比如郵箱、銀行卡、還有手機(jī)里面的密碼什么的
還有先把店鋪關(guān)一陣子,調(diào)成假期模式,等事情解決后再開(kāi)、不然出了問(wèn)題要你負(fù)責(zé)

怎么會(huì)這樣?是不是賬號(hào)被合并了?打電話給賣家支持,說(shuō)這是緊急情況,需要立刻解決,然后你要和主管級(jí)別的人交談

問(wèn)題還挺嚴(yán)重的、、你那臺(tái)電腦先別用了,就怕他用某種方法監(jiān)控行動(dòng),知道你改密碼之類的
把電腦用殺毒軟件(可以用Malwarebytes或Ccleaner)掃描一遍。在掃描前先把“系統(tǒng)還原”關(guān)掉,然后把之前的備份都刪掉,以免惡意軟件潛伏在里面

快點(diǎn)發(fā)郵件跟買家說(shuō)這事兒,或者在你的profile頁(yè)面貼出通知:

賬號(hào)被盜很嚴(yán)重的,建議你休假一段時(shí)間搞定之后在重新開(kāi)啟店鋪不然到時(shí)候出問(wèn)題都是你負(fù)責(zé)的
