客戶留了非VP review抱怨價格太高,亞馬遜不幫我刪掉

我看到有些客戶留了差評,但都不是VP review,他們都在抱怨產(chǎn)品價格太高。我已經(jīng)report給亞馬遜了,可亞馬遜拒絕刪掉這些差評。接下來我不知道要怎么辦了

這些review不符合規(guī)定,因為社區(qū)指南里有明明白白寫道:“。。跟價格、產(chǎn)品可用性無關(guān)的評論不能出現(xiàn)在Customer Reviews或Questions and Answers”
所以你可以翻到最早之前的一條評論,點它的星級排名,就會看到鏈接,然后去開case(要附上政策內(nèi)容):

Please remove the below-linked review as a violation of Amazon policy. Thank you.
1) 這里引用review的內(nèi)容;
2) 這里貼上review的鏈接。
如果亞馬遜同意刪掉這條review,那其它review你也要這么操作(記得每個case只能舉報一條review);
如果亞馬遜不同意刪,那就重開case,在開頭加上一句:”Please escalate to a supervisor. Thanks.”不要放棄,Good luck!
