在亞馬遜發(fā)現(xiàn)有人賣(mài)我的產(chǎn)品，listing寫(xiě)著“Ships from and sold by Amazon.com”，怎么會(huì)這樣？

這兩天我發(fā)現(xiàn)亞馬遜在銷(xiāo)售我的產(chǎn)品。這個(gè)“賣(mài)家”的listing寫(xiě)著：“Ships from and sold by Amazon.com”（由亞馬遜銷(xiāo)售并發(fā)貨），而且發(fā)貨時(shí)間是1-2個(gè)月。他的的價(jià)格比我高，還提供免運(yùn)費(fèi)服務(wù)。

這是我自己的品牌，我注冊(cè)了商標(biāo)，擁有版權(quán)，而且我是廠商以及唯一經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商，沒(méi)有與亞馬遜簽訂FBA協(xié)議，都是自己來(lái)發(fā)貨的。我去問(wèn)亞馬遜的人，為什么他們手頭會(huì)有我的產(chǎn)品，可是到現(xiàn)在都沒(méi)回我。
我的產(chǎn)品比較特殊，需要為買(mǎi)家提供售后服務(wù)，這樣能給他們更好的用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)，回答他們提出的技術(shù)性問(wèn)題?？墒乾F(xiàn)在我不知道該怎么辦了

應(yīng)該是第三方賣(mài)家成了亞馬遜的供應(yīng)商，在轉(zhuǎn)賣(mài)你的產(chǎn)品。你回想一下，你的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈或者交易鏈有沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)什么漏洞，導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存泄露出去。
樓主，你去做一下test buy，最好要有產(chǎn)品的serial number（出廠序號(hào)）之類(lèi)的東西，來(lái)證明只有你擁有這件商品

你買(mǎi)到其他賣(mài)家的產(chǎn)品后，向亞馬遜舉報(bào)該賣(mài)家的違反行為，亞馬遜會(huì)給你發(fā)類(lèi)似這樣的郵件：
“Hello,
When a detail page is created, it becomes a permanent catalog page on Amazon.com that will remain even if the creator's inventory sells out. Other sellers can list their items for sale against the page if their items match the page exactly.?

我覺(jué)得應(yīng)該是其他賣(mài)家把你當(dāng)成他的drop shipper（承運(yùn)批發(fā)商），他手上沒(méi)有產(chǎn)品，只能向你買(mǎi)產(chǎn)品，來(lái)完成買(mǎi)家的訂單。他可能還有在其他平臺(tái)銷(xiāo)售產(chǎn)品，比如ebay。
